β β β β β Such as bad service and unfriendly stuff, I pay for a large size but the fruit it's no fresh its feels that fruit its rotten, I requests for an orange and pineapple juice but my daughter saw her that she only put orange in the cup.it is not fair for the price I paid for.

β β β β β this tank always has the worst service, ive been shopping in this mall for years and sometimes ive had to wait up to 15 minutes to be served. one time i even walked across takapuna to the tank on hurstmere road because i was sick of waiting.
a while ago as well i ordered something online from their new app. i went to pick it up 25 minutes later and they had no clue about it! i had to wait another 10 minutes for them to faff around and make the thing, when the whole point of the app was to pick it up and go. never using the app again or using this tank again to be fair. deserves a 1 star rating in my opinion.

β β β β β I always go to tank and today my salad was very unfresh, the lettuce leaves were half rotten, very disappointing. I think people should look at food they make and ask themselves "would I eat this?" If not don't serve it. Won't be going back to this tank..

β β β β β Every time I have ordered via Uber Eats it has taken over an hour to be delivered, but this time it was not delivered at all and I had to go and pick it up myself after an hour and a half of waiting around for it. When I got it, they forgot the feta too. Really disappointed.

β β β β β I ordered what was supposed to be a combo (classic salad and drink) after I paid I realised they over charged me. When I brought this up they said it is store policy that unless I say I want a combo that I will be charge separate for the order, and that they are NOT allowed to put it through as a combo because I didn't say the word combo. When I asked for a refund of the difference that was rejected by both staff members at the Takapuna branch. Just goes to show where Tank values are at: screwing over unsuspecting customers for extra ???
