★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only writing this to praise the lovely boy that served me today. I've been going to this tank for a while now, with customer service poor and lack of interest or conversation with customers. This boy however greeted customers nicely and kept his cool when trying to remember everything that goes with the job. He has only been there 3 weeks but he did amazing. I hope someone acknowledges how much of an asset he is to an otherwise lacking store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to the single server trying to run the entire store on his own on a busy Saturday. Whoever sets up the rosters for this store should be shot as it always seems so flat out and way understaffed.
Ordered 3 smoothies and waiting over half an hour and still not ready yet. Customers asking for refunds as they cannot keep waiting.
This store should get digital signage to display how long until an order is ready as the communication is really lacking here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online and paid and when I arrived to pick up my drinks the store was closed. Nothing online said anything about their store being closed and the website still let me order dispite this. Went back the next day to sort it out but still closed.
