The location is close to the centre.
Everything nice and look after properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities & spot. We were meant to stay for a concert in Tauranga, but that was cancelled, so we ended up still coming and travelling around Tauranga & Mount Maunganui. Not far away from everything, great food and drink around, location was good. No issues at all. Would stay again.
