★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! To the lady that worked today 13/03/22 around 12:35pm, it wasnt even busy. I was the the only customer at that time and for you to give me the attitude and didnt even say kindly please. You don't have customer service skills. You need to be polite with your customers and handle them well without giving the attitude. I'm never coming back to this tea talk shop hobsonville again. Worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a Cherry Slushy with yoghurt and Bubble Tea Oreo and Cream. Both were exceptional and tasted great. The cups were very interesting and pretty clever that you could pop back the little lid and save the drink for later, if you wanted to.
They gave the option of reducing the sugar to 75, 50, 25 and 0%. Great for if you’re looking for a healthy alternative or you’re looking for take away drinks if you’re on a diet.
Definitely be back again.

Price is a little on the high side but is justified considering how tall the cups are.
On an unrelated note, I have noticed your cups are very sturdy. Is there or will there be an initiative to bring in old cups to reuse for our drinks?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At last! A milk tea store has finally landed in Hobsonville Point. Will be coming back very soon ?
Taste: Milk tea has a lot flavour compared to other milk tea places (a lot of other milk teas from other places taste diluted). Mango sago taste amazing but missing grape fruit pulps. Brown sugar bubble tea taste pretty good as well.
Price: A little expensive compared to other places but a big portion kinda makes up for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Off the bat, I'm glad there is a new bubble tea place in Hobsonville. Very nice cups, good packaging and decent flavours. The online menu is a little unrefined and slightly confusing at first, but when u get to the store its ok. My mango sago was done quite nicely and it was refreshing after a long and hot summers day.
It's expensive tho, very expensive and it's a luxury store. 3 drinks came to a total of 28.50 for us, it's quite pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Taro Milk Tea that already comes with pearl and I have paid extra dollar for the red bean - no sugar and no ice (just because I'm pregnant). It was really tasty! The taste of the taro was really good and blends well with the milk tea. The taro gives a little sweetness though I ordered no sugar, it made the taste not too bland. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back again. Only reason why I'm giving it 4 star is because the serving of pearl and red bean in my drink is too little compared to other milk tea shops. Considering the price of this drink, atleast it should have a good amount of toppings. Not sure if it's always like that or just a coincidence. Will try again next time. Overall I'm happy with my drink ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a bubble tea fanatic by the full definition of the word, so you can imagine my reaction when I spotted this oasis in Hobsonville. Delicious variety of great drinks, friendly staff and a beautiful shop fit out. We've come here several times and everytime they gave us what we ordered on time with a smile. Try the Mango Sago ?. They also have loyalty cards ?
