β β β β β Went in to get my screen replaced. They suggested to get my speaker down aswell so that also got that replaced. My phone came back with a blurry front camera and when I took it back they refused anything to do with it because they suggested it was like that before which it wasnβt. Had to go elsewhere and it cost me $75 to get it fixed.

β β β β β Fixed my screen in speedy time but 3 weeks later the screen cracked in the corner where it became loose. The follow up service was not what I would of expected from my first visit to the store, two very different experiences. Kept saying it must have been dropped, no it hadnβt been dropped and I can run my hand over the screen without being cut, its smooth as, it has cracked from underneath, one would think from movement internally from the screen becoming unstuck. Not sure how I made the screen became unstuck and to start lifting out!
Wouldnβt do anything about it until I was walking out and said I looked forward to not recommending them to anyone, then he said βoh I will fix it if you are going to do thatβ, to late then you shouldnβt offer to fix it after spending ΒΌ of hour disputing nothing wrong with the workmanship and you arenβt going to do anything about it and then change your mind all because of not wanting bad reviews. Had 2 friends wanting repair work done, but not coming to techno fix now.

β β β β β Fixed my phone screen fine but the service was not on. Asked him if I could pay cash and card and apparently it was so hard for him to calculate the amount of money I was paying because he through a big sigh and had a little fit. So I had to leave to get my money out in full cash and when I came back he said he couldn't accept the cash because there was a tiny rip in one of the notes.

β β β β β I asked them to replace my battery, they charged $270 and stuffed an oversized battery into my Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge which slowly snapped open the case from all the pressure, on top of that, upon getting it back my back camera simply didn't work, my phone couldn't recognize its' existence. Absolute rip-off.

β β β β β Would not recommend to go there. The only reason I rate 1 star, is that the new display works as it should. But nothing more. It looks as if an amateur had done the repair - the frame is broken, there are adhesive residues where they shouldn't be and the frame does not fit closely at one point, so there is a gap between the case and the screen. I had to fix it with tape afterwards.
It would have been okay to tell, if the screen couldn't be replaced, but to say, that one can do it and this is the result. Not really professionally.
It was not really possible to negotiate a discount. The guy only agreed on a $16 discount - definitely to little, as I paid $120 in total for this bad repair.
Edit 22.03.2020: also the speaker at the top of the phone does not work anymore as before. It can not be put as loud as it was before.

β β β β β The guy I spoke to was super helpful. The quote was quick and surprisingly he advised me tp go buy a new one because it wasn't worth replacing the screen. Definitely going to go back for my next repair
