β β β β β If there was zero star option, I would have chosen that. Very very poor quality. Girls were nice at first when we went to get screen changed for my phone. We realized after coming home that my front camera is very blurry so we went back. The attitude was completely different this time, at first she didn't accept it was their fault but then we showed the selfie taken that very same day before getting screen replaced. Then she started making excuses and asked us to come back, no time today. We went back again on their given time. This time she accepted that they put a screen which had slight marks so come back again we will replace it. We are really really disappointed and taking this matter to court. I will not recommend this shop to anyone else.

β β β β β Preet served me and she provided probably the best service Iβve had from a phone repair shop EVER. She was prompt, empathetic and supportive of my situation. She repaired my phone in front of me and walked me through the process so that I calmed my anxiety because I thought I would never be able to retrieve very important photos that were saved on my phone again. She even gave me advice about what to look for in a new phone if I was ever to buy a new one without being prompted. She went above and beyond and made my experience extremely enjoyable. Thank you so much, Preet, for making my day and saving my photos.
