★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and professional doctor and nurse, on time and prepared. Good premises with parking within the Fred Thomas drive medical centre but it was a little odd sitting in the 'sub-waiting room' which did not have signage for Cooper Clinic. Perhaps this info could be put on a sign in the waiting room, the website or an email.
Procedure was conducted efficiently and professionally. Able to pay in advance or at time of appointment. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was fairly nervous at the start but Luke and his team really put me at ease. The procedure was way faster than I thought. The injection was mildly uncomfortable but totally bearable, and the peace of mind gained from having it done is worth it. If you are considering a vasectomy, 5/5 would recommend both the procedure and the clinic!
