★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days ago I was VERY ill and asked my partner to ring up and book an appointment for me as this is the closest doctors to our home. When he called he was told that they couldn't book an appointment for me as I was not enrolled, and that I should go to Silverdale coast care. Not even given the chance to enrol. EXTREMELY disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place are constantly stuffing things up, not following through with things, rude, saying things that aren't even true. I had a problem and was complaining about it for years, went multiple times to be fobbed off, I eventually pushed to see a specialist and ended up having major surgery planned straight away with a diagnosis didn't need to suffer all that time. This happened for 2 different things as well! Unapologetic about mistakes and just ignore your concerns, will definitely be changing practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every doctor or nurse I have seen here has been kind and professional. They are really a lovely group of people. The new building is open and comfortable also, and pleasant to wait in. I love the drawer of toys for kids - great attention to detail and real effort by all staff to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think a lot of the negative reviews on the staff at this practice is very unfair. Dealing with the public is very taxing and the receptionists show a very good and kind attitude to the patients but sometimes this is not returned by grumpy people. The doctors are pleasant and do their best to help solve patients problems. If all the complaining patients are so dissatisfied then why don't they find another practice to put up with their woes and moans.
