โ โ โ โ โ What a great place. Staff that went out of their way for you to accommodate your wants and needs. Recently held a dinner for 28 seated for a 65th birthday. Just outstanding service. Tab on the bar and communication over that was great. Meals were out altogether, for 28 people, that's brilliant work. Costs were fantastic and I just cant fault them. Thank you Sue for your attendance to our needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been in this place only twice but tried different meals and I can tell you that are all tasty. However, my fave one is the beef rib - OMG, itโs perfect! The price is good, the staff is friendly and the environment is lovely. Itโs quite busy, so make sure that you book a table before you go there.

It was very busy on time of ordering so took over an hour to get our food. Probably could have been notified of the wait time.
But food was all served at the same time which was awesome and my meal tasted fantastic.
Value was good and friendly staff.
Definitely try this place out.

โ โ โ โ โ My partner and I were so impressed with the friendly wait staff and service - it would be some of the best we have ever received. We bought a lot of food and drink and we were blown away by the value for money. Last but not least, the food was delicious - great pub food! It is well worth a visit.

โ โ โ โ โ Very obliging staff. We called in on the off chance of a light meal before a movie we had booked at Silky Otter next door. We asked if it was possible to get one of their delicious pizzas ? in 30 mins and the waitress replied ' I'll make sure you have it in 15 ' and we did. The place was pretty busy at the time too ( 6.30ish )
Went for the Mustang Pizza ( pulled pork etc ) which was delicious
A cider and a beer were our refreshments, also well served
Overall a very good experience
( By the way, they take covid seriously with a vaccine pass required for entry and masks worn by all of the staff )

โ โ โ โ โ This is our favourite local bar and bistro. The food is always consistently good and we have eaten here far too many times to count. They have a good selection of beers and wines, but most importantly the service is top notch. On summers evening you have to pop down for a beer in the sun. The second level outdoor patio is perfect to watch the sunset and enjoy the last of the summer wine. Highly recommend!
