β β β β β I have had several healing sessions with Karen. Each and every time I am amazed. Pain disappears, (on 1 occasion I had just had an x-ray which confirmed I had spinal degeneration.) I had been wearing a soft neck brace for weeks to alleviate that discomfort. Karen worked on it, and I've not had any issues since. Mental, physical or spiritual, Karen will be able to help. She's a truly gifted (and highly trained!) healer. I hope to meet her in person one day, as all of my healings have been conducted remotely.

The thing I respect most about Karen is her ability to meet people where they are, she never puts her own agenda on to you. I always feel safe and supported to open up. β β β β β The heart chakra meditation with the ocean sound in the background was absolutely beautiful and very powerful. The way Karen guided it felt so aligned and through effective physical actions it was even more supported.
We cleared different chakras from ego centred energies and behaviours which do not serve us and keep us away from connecting to our light within and the sacred source.
Thank you so much Karen for this meditation, making it available to everyone and it was of great timing for me.
