★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had two takeaway pizzas on the evening of 27th December - Not only were they absolutely delicious, the owner went out of his way at 8:30am on the 28th to meet me, so we could pick up my daughters scooter we had left there the night before! Thank you so much - was hugely appreciated! we will definitely call in again when we are back in Nelson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down one of the most delicious pastas I have ever had and best service around. Was super attentive, friendly and welcomed as soon as we entered. Lovely atmosphere and would absolutely recommend to anyone, great variety of options and the chicken carbonara was delicious!
Thank you to our server/host, you really make the experience just that much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were 14 of us in our group (7 kids and 7 adults) and quite late on a January weeknight. Hot rock accommodated us all so well. We had the chowder, mussels and pizza. Everything was superb! A little bit of entertainment when delivering my cocktail was appreciated!

Very friendly and welcoming. Definitely add it to your must dine in Nelson experience. Nice desert to finish with, after a recommendation from the owner. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience.
