★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager in charge has given me a repacked package of vaccum backpack after claiming a package damage by the nz couriers. What a shabby claim is that. Endless waiting period and finally one the delivery we get a repacked stuff. Definitely not recommended for future business. Bloody upset. Since my requirements was essential i took it else would have asked them to get me a new pack. Hopeless management
