★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My eyelashes usually last so long, these did not they were hanging down, they were sore they ripped some of my natural lashes out after not even being in for a week! Individual eyelashes are suppose to go on a single natural lash I had about five eyelashes in one. They were terrible also did my eyebrow tint and left me in waiting area with tint on. Have emailed photos of my eyelashes no response, dont get me wrong staff here are very nice but I feel not very experienced I will not return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum had booked an appointment for hair colour. Our experience was shockingly terrible especially for my mum. They had used 3 tubs of bleach (my mums hair is short) they had used a toner and straight after the toner her scalp had started to burn and they had said to leave it for and extra 15-10 minutes she had told them more than once and they had given her a brush and told her to scratch her hair with the brush if it itches/burns anymore. At this stage my mum was in tears crying because of her scalp burning and they had then started to wash it out using buckets of hot water?? After that my mum had walked outside to get fresh air I had followed her and looked at her hair as it was patchy with a purple colour from the hair toner and patches of hair was missing. at that point I told my dad and we had to argue for our money back as they tried to charge us for full payment of just over $90.00 at the end they gave the money back after we had threaten to call the police. We had asked her for advice to help with the burning and she had yelled at us to get out of the store and Called her son I then recommended my mum to go to the Vivo hair salon witch she did and they had told us my mums scalp has bad chemical burn and she will need urgent treatment. They ladies were so rude telling my mum she’s having a bad reaction because of her age witch it bs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to get my eyelash extensions done there and the lady that was doing it said she couldn't do what i wanted which was cat eye long lashes at the ends, medium lashes towards the inner eye. she refused to do it saying it would look ODD. which it wouldn't as i do get eyelashes done regularly as a cat eye style. i didn't appreciate them telling me what is ODD as im the customer and i should get what i paid for????
My eyes were sore and red for a few days afterwords. i would not recommend this salon for eyelash extensions . there are better lash salons around. i wont be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd time attending Tip top hair and beauty salon. I went in today to get my hair coloured with henna hair dye again. The ladies are very nice and well communicated during the process of getting my hair done before and after. I am a very happy customer with the results of my henna hair dye, it is just like how I got it done last year as my first go on trying henna hair dye. A friend of mine referred me to Tip Top hair and beauty salon as she always gets her hair did. I reccommend to all customers.
