★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daughter had her ears pierced here. Ok job done and no complaints there. 6 weeks later she took the studs out for 4 hours. One ear completely healed over. She returned to get that ear repierced but they wanted to charge her full original ( 2 ear) price. When she re explained that she only wanted the 1 ear (the healed over one) they still asked for the full $30. Their reasoning was that they said they had to supply a small 50ml bottle of studex antiseptic. She informed them she still had over half a bottle left from her previous visit. They were unfriendly and uncompromising. There is no shortage of places in Newmarket (and Auckland) to choose from to get years pierced. We would highly recommend seeking out one of those other places for ear piercing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iam german and my english is not prefect but the staff are super frindly and yeast as good as they can I absolutely do not understand the negative reviews and the young Lady behind the frontdesk she helps where ever she can.... it is the best Service i ever had in a pharmcy
