Jamie, the owner always makes sure that they deliver high quality service EVERY time. Their workspace are always clean and tidy and their two cute gentle doggos are also a bonus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at urban are the best! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They always take so much care with your nails, giving the tidiest manicure ever. My manicure always lasts 4+ weeks and my overall nail strength and health has improved hugely from regular appointments!

The girls are beyond talented, so caring and and always works magics on my nails. I've been at Urban ever since they started and have never ever gone to a different nail salon. They're so creative with their designs, use high quality products and literally the cleanest place you can ever find as they sanitise their equipments constantly. Can't ever recommend anywhere else besides them❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girls at Urban are some of the best nail technicians in Auckland!! They always give consistent great services, remembers my preferences and with great prices for the quality. I have also seen dramatic improvement in my overall nail health since my first visit in 2017 :) Jamie also has 2 dogs at the salon who are friendly and keeps you company during appointments!
