★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best insurance company I have ever dealt with. The lady I spoke with was professional, sorted the situation quickly & it was a wonderful experience for me. I have comprehensive car insurance with Vero & I am now looking at options for business insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overlooked cancelation email. Took a while to get a refund (4 calls) and when received a refund did not receive the full amount. Never got any emails regarding confirmation of cancelation or refund. Won't be going back with them...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute scam artists. Called me and told me I had crashed my vehicle until another. Never did. Told them that. They said I had, I asked to see me proof, no proof, just a million phone calls every day for 5 whole months, then I got told my credit rating was going to be affected and they were taking me to bay Corp. I couldn't let this happen as I was saving for a house deposit, but
Nothing I could do. So I paid the stupid $400 excess for something I never ever did.
Disgusting company. Disgusting people.
*not even my insurance company by the way!*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever as a first car owner. Was involved in a big car accident. The driver that crashed into me was a very intoxicated guy including his passenger. My Claim that i lodged was declined and cancelled. Didn’t receive anything back and stated that there reason was my mother being a joint policy holder and that she has had a decline in her insurance with a different company in the past. She wasn’t involved in the crash at all. This was truly upsetting for me myself and my family… I TRULY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE COMPANY TO ANYBODY…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed re reply wish to go back to Vero,wife had changed due to local agent. We have 1.5mill lake edge home okawa bay,European title.We have re joined Vero,but especially mentioned home auto home thru home,all best and told best home heating.Have chap fitting mini wire mesh so no rodents posible cause fire. All ready ,mesh tiny mesh to cover 100% safe.Due to Jim (Vietnam veteran 62 operations) we wanted on paper (we send photos or expert welcome ) as Jim would not do this with out best ,safe,unit available. Request that this would be acceptable to Vero??.chap coming to cover ultra mini mesh all over large unit,as well as rodent impossible with such tiny mesh.metal to power unit,etc. Request Ed on paper this ok ,would not cause home ,but believe better to be honest won't cause VERO our insurance, if more requirements we happy to make so.But as mentioned if wanted notice VERO happy with home.If you wish we will get expert take photos to verify. I was told they never recvd my emails this caused me more anguish, I suffered minor injuries when my car was hit from. Behind.No matter how i tried to explain this left me feeling defenseless, The 2 men I spoke to more friendly and open and willing to listen. Thank u for reading.
