★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today and the two ladies behind the counter were super rude. The one who was doing the licensing photos was extremely sarcastic for no reason. Clearly having a bad day and taking it out on customers. They alsp don't answer the phones at all when I tried to call this week. When the phone rang I watched them all ignore it.

guy has asked me for my license and i give him before test, he got angry on me because there were no expiry date back of my license,
So i have asked 3 times that you need license expiry date? and instead of listening me he was repeating no expiry date, no expiry date can't take you for test. i said mate its at front and instead of being sorry he said i never saw license with expiry date on front side, I said you want me to be sorry for that.lol unreal and there were lot drama, make me feel that they are favouring me by talking test. not happy at all,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just did and passed my full license test here. My Instructor was Kannan who was very professional, friendly and clear with instructions.
I am specially posting this to thank and appreciate instructors like Kannan at VTNZ as he knew I was overseas conversion so gave me clear instructions before my driving test. Thanks for your great attitude and keep up the awesome job..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean Tidy site, hard to find available parking with a lot of spaces coned off - ended up having to park in another business' park risking tow or fine. Would be good to advise how long wait times might be (I didn't wait too long though). Both coffee & water machines out of order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my restricted exam here for the 2nd time and passed. Kannan my driving instructor was very good and helped allay my nerves. He was very professional and gave objective feedback on what I can do to improve. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting this branch was a breath of fresh air compared to my last visit to another branch. I wanted a wof and joined a short queue in the afternoon, and was out of there in less than 40 minutes. The staff was friendly and I was not bombarded with a 101 questions and offers. I'll be back again for my next renewal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible arrogant service like all VTNZ branches. Lost my license and needed to get a new one printed but the employee at the desk was very rude and said "we're at capacity for today." How can they be at capacity? There was no one being served inside so I don't understand. If your going to make your services as ridiculously overpriced as VTNZ, then at least be respectful of your customers!!! Fortunately I found my license later on and was very happy that I don't need to go through the horrid experience of dealing with VTNZ again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OK so I was booked for my full motorcycle licence at 1.15 which I did and passed in 20 minutes so great. However I then had to wait outside in the 28 degree heat for 2 hours with my riding gear on for my photo and eye check. Today I have tried calling the branch 8 times to check if they have a motorcycle inspector on and no one is answering ? very poor customer service.
