★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Unprofessional. They have delayed my Passenger Endorsement application for close to 2 months. It is a joke they say that they process the application in 3 weeks. First, they say that they will process it by 12 October. Then, they say it will be done by 18 October. I am still waiting. Complete waste of my time.

I would welcome them to reply to my Formal Complaint but they just continue to ignore me, I posted a very accurate 1 star review under NZTA Palmerston North as that’s where most of the corruption takes place and they look like they have applied to goggle to have that review removed. If they continue to muck me around I will engage in going to my MP to have the staff members that have acted unprofessional sanctioned.
