I was absolutely blown away by the most awesome and friendly service I received from the lovely lady who greeted me at the counter (sorry I didn't get your name). She was by herself in the shop at the time, and insisted on cutting my glass while I waited even though she looked busy and I told her I was happy to come back. Service like this is a rarity indeed. Thankyou to Warkworth Glass and Glazing, and to the wonderful lady who helped me out today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang Warworth Glass at about 0845 am today, dropped in and ordered 4 pieces of glass for my house. Cat (Catherine?) was helpful and courteous. She rang back an hour later, and I picked up the goods as specified. She had cut the glass herself, and included a couple of extra pieces at no charge (the remainder of the sheet). Excellent price and service. Can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to get a mirror cut and mentioned we had a large replacement job and an insurance repair to be done. They offered to quote for it, which they did. We accepted their quotes and never heard any more from them. We chased them up twice and were given excuses and promised someone would contact us to book it in. They billed our insurance company even though they hadn't done the job (we advised them not to pay). Two months later we're so feed up waiting we have cancelled it. We left a message on answer phone as no one answered their phone. They then just sent a text saying sorry didn't get around to it, but have a great Christmas. Thanks for nothing.
