★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very handy location to main shopping centre, cafes etc. A 2 min walk along a flat cul de sac to lovely and very popular Orewa Beach. Accom clean and tidy and comfortable. Spacious rooms. Great kitchenette, bathroom lounge areas. Great family amenities. On site carpark. Pleasant hosts keen to please. Prices very fair. Would be handy to have one or two 3pin plugs updated to include USB charge points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impressions was clean and tidy, but then noticed huge thick cobweb on inside of window, skirting boards in the room need replacing, obviously had a leak from the bathroom. The fold out couch was made up but not comfortable at all, thin mattress and a sheet and duvet cover folded in half as the ‘mattress protector’. Not enough extra pillows. Awesome location but for the price I would expect a better kept room.

I have been to many hotels and motels in NZ. This is one of the best I have been. It is very spacious, tidy and clean. Bedroom and lounge are separated, there is also cooking facilities including the induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle & a fridge for you to cook a simple meal. Nice view from the balcony. The room I stayed in has a spa pool, so you can relax and unwind. Staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, an amazing weekend for two. Would highly recommend this motel to any couple. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For $350 I would’ve expected at least a little luxury. Soap dispensers and a lack of any of the usual vanity items puts the room in a class that doesn’t really reflect the price. Generally clean and tidy however.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice. Close to the beach for a stroll or swim. Nice tidy relaxing room, bed and court yard. I will be stay here without a doubt. Restaurants shops of all kind a short walk away. Loved the place
