β β β β β I absolutely loved my experience with Westgate Optometrist. Thank you Ricky and Darryl for providing best service possible. I always struggled with choosing the right glasses frame, but Darryl made it so smooth and easy. Loved talking with Ricky about health of my eyes, he checked my eyesight and have given an awesome suggestions on what type of lens to choose, and explained every detail. I got my new glasses in about 10 working days (really fast considering it was Christmas time) and I am loving them! Stylish and so comfortable to wear. Definitely going back again to get a new pair of glasses for my husband and second pair for myself.

I am so happy with my new prescription for contact lenses. Thank you for also making sure these, as well as my glasses fitted correctly. Even though I'm based in Welly and not a regular customer, Katie managed to track down the frames and courier them to me. Amazing 'over and above' service. β β β β β I didnt get my glasses from them but I had broken them. They repaired them and popped on some new nose pad thingees (possibly not the technical word) and charged me $10. They were friendly, empathetic and extremely helpful. Well done team!
Hope you enjoyed you coffees - the coffee shop next door think just as highly of you!

β β β β β We had initial great service coming in to look for first time frames for my 2 yo. we found a pair we liked and they were quick to communicate on expected time frames once seeing the prescription too, which was great. However, when it came to getting the sample pair in for the size to test in the style we wanted, they failed to communicate they actually didnβt have that available, so we actually wasted 4 days in waiting for the sample pair of other styles to arrive for nothing.
