★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Went to the branch to open a bank account, the bank teller asked me all these questions then told us to go to another bank because they were too busy and short staffed. Then she said to leave all verified documents with her so she can arrange an appointment for us to see a consultant to open a bank account. She was very vague and wouldn't give us any specific appointment time. She then went into the office to check with her colleagues for ages...still no solution... After all that, I told her nevermind.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible costumer service. Went to open accounts and after 3 appointments and getting verbally abused I took the same paperwork that was repeatedly denied by staff at this branch to another branch and successfully opened an account with zero issues. Staff are prejudice and nasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made an appointment on Sunday for Tuesday 6th of July. I was unable to make it but my husband did. He came straight from work dressed in work clothes. The indian/fiji lady that served him gave my husband about a hard time about applying a personal loan and did a random check of account not even 10 mins was the appointment she had written him off. First of all learn some manners, second learn how to interact with westpac clients properly and third sit for more than 10mins and ask questions not just hand him a form. Westpac Sylvia Park need to upskill staff as this has been a ongoing issue in your store. Luckily I was not in yesterday as it would of been a different story.

Staff here really helping
We were in queue and “Vikas” staff members came to ask people to check if he can help with ATM Machine self services and other
We told her about our banking query which was not related to ATM was relation to some banking document verification he directly helped us and saved lot of our time
Really nice
