★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had a wonderful experience in buying a car for the first time with this company. Richard was absolutely awesome from the very first time that I met him. So very patient as I saw so many vans with him before I decided to buy a Honda Step wagon. Richard's knowledge and advice was spot on and honest with with regards to fuel consumption to the fine details of the car. My on going small rectifications on the car have been dealt with through Richard in a very professional manner. Claudia from the office was very helpful and friendly as well. Owen from the yard is an exceptional youngster who has exceptional knowledge about cars, parts and would always be on board if Richard was busy to show me what I needed.
All on an exceptional comfortable good experience with the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edited review: We have just carried out our first WOF since purchasing the vehicle and it has failed on rear bushes. Which if they were in good condition, would take much longer than a year to get to a "fallible WOF level" especially given the amount it has been driven. Mechanic also noted there is play in the steering rack, which we had questioned Hamish on not long after we purchased, he had his mechanics check it and told us it was fine. When my partner phoned Hamish, he claimed to not even remember the vehicle, and practically hung up on my him. I have now tried to contact them multiple time via phone and there is no answer. This is the second car we have brought through this crew, so are very surprised and disappointed in the lack of customer service. We are now out of pocket $500 for repair, and no ownership taken by Wholesale Motors. They were great at the time of sale, but are not good at maintaining relationships with customers. Happy to update review if Wholesale Motors make contact and resolve the issue.
Reneged: We dealt with Hamish Cross at Wholesale Motors. After going to about 15 car yards in one day he was the only one we returned to see. He was the only person we spoke to who genuinely seemed to want to help us find something suitable. The sale went through without a fault and we picked up our new car today! Highly recommend going down and having a chat to Hamish. We will definitely go back to see him first for our next purchase. Thanks Hamish! Sarah & Joe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy anything for here, I bought a ford falcon and it had mean mean issues with it, in photos of the car it had spotlights when we went to view the car they had taken them out, exhaust had rust holes all over it, heater didn’t work and they didn’t tell us about any of these issues, they can’t be trusted,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the real deal! Must be the best car dealership in Christchurch. After being ignored by 5 other dealerships this week(I am a cash buyer!) Richard and Tyson provided me with the best service I have had in a very long time. My used Lexus was presented like a new one and everything was 100% as promised. If only Google would let me rate you 10 out of 10 as these guys deserve it. Awesome service and communication, keep up the fantastic work team! I will be recommending you to all.
