James McKay provided exceptional service, going over and above to ensure I felt comfortable every step of the purchasing process, making sure all my queries were answered. When my property settled earlier than the revised post Covid Lockdown dates, James worked into the night to ensure all bank documents, and funds were ready for settlement the following day.
