β β β β β I parked at The Crossing in Christchurch mid morning Saturday July 22nd. When leaving and going to pay the ticket machine accepted my card but failed to return it leaving me stuck with the barrier arm down and no card.
A helpful man named Raj at the end of the intercom took my details, raised the barrier arm and told me their technician would retrieve my card and contact me. Yeah right I thought as my partner and I went off for coffee me grumbling all the way. Little more than hour later, by which time I'd returned home and was about to cancel my card and my phone rings. It's a guy from Wilson's, (Robin or Robert?), he's got my card out and how can he get it back to me? I swear I'm not making yhid up but 15 minutes later a Wilson's ute is up my drive with my card! Now that is an organisation taking responsibility for a customer's unfortunate experience and that is customer service at its best. Many thanks.

β β β β β Had excellent customer service from Sarah when setting up reserved parking.
I would like the elevators to be cleaned properly more often however - puddle of urine from someone on saturday night still there 24 hours later

β β β β β Parked in the Wilson's parking at Little High. Machine wouldn't accept my coins so I rang Wilson's only to be told I would need to use our card which has a .60c charge. When I said I didn't want to do that I was told I would need to move to another park and find a.machine that would accept coins. Absolutely disgusting service Wilson's.

β β β β β Got a ticket as I was overtime due to hairdresser. I was still waiting Disability Card to arrive. Wouldn't wave ticket. Feel they sit at places with high volume like Christchurch Hospital knowing that people may be sick, taking someone in, stuck in ED unable to get out.
Sort it out put a top up machine at hospital entrances. Including women's hospital. To help sick or those visiting serious ill don't have to park and ride as it stops at certain time. How will I get my car, will I be overcharged etc
Sort it out Wilson you have total Monopoly of the whole area and major chunks of the city.
Even ticket courier's doing deliveries as 5 or 10 minute parking or loading zones gone with new plans for no cars in central city.
This company is not good at legitimate reasons and non of the money benefits the city. At least a ccc carpark can be found they are much more compassionate and they listen. To this request and 100's of othe people _please_ get a carpark to serve the hospital.
On old nurses quarters site, fix one there. Where eye clinic and blood tests done. As I bet they going to new hospital facilities.

β β β β β I got a fine at 7.27 am for $45 on a Saturday morning for being an hour late. The park was pretty much empty, I was not taking up needed space and it felt criminal to me that they have parking wardens wandering round to collect revenue when most people are sleeping. I believe this fine was out of proportion to the offense and I politely wrote to Wilson's parking asking for leniency with no luck. To me a company like this does not belong in New Zealand.

β β β β β I am a gym member and was still charged $8.60 for parking for 2 hours.
Rip off, that price did not state in member agreement plus 60 cents was not even displayed in the parking rates but they charge you that as processing fees, is this a joke?

β β β β β Expensive but convienient. Think it's $2 per half hour. Other than the price it looks fine and is easy to use. Could do with some colour or plants but carparks are often lacking.
