★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to my appointment to apply for unsupported child support had all my papers, ID and a letter that the Oranga Tamarikis social worker personally delivered to me in hand to state proof when the child came into my care and any other nessary information they needed in the work and Income office of Rotorua, I had filled in all applications to be told this will be put on hold because they need verbal confirmation when the child came into my care and when the child left the previous care givers. QUESTION: What is the point of the letter from the social worker of OT with all the details stated in the letter if they need verbal confirmation. I don't see the point and it's putting everything on hold. Cannsokw one please look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy the pakeha lady at the desk @Winz onTues 10th yesterday was polite efficient didnt probe or judge me shes the best she directed me to the computer came and waited till i signed in and was sorted thank you.. some ladies are not as pleasant rather abrupt and hurried and couldnt really be bothered with what I requested...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many issues to write in one review . If I could give it no star at all I would. Nothing but problems since they made it majority phone call appointments for clients. Being in this office makes you feel like you are nothing . Made 6 calls in last day just to get them to email me a form . Still nothing. Day 2 of waiting for them to click a send button.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to visit. Be prepared to queue up for hours. BUT once you been attended to the one on one consultation is amazing. 9 x out of 10 your problems will be solved. Not always good but for me I have many good experiences. Rarely bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20 min wait out side on footpath,10 min wait in side but when i got to the counter the lady was great and did a good job, 20 computer desks set up only 3 people working, not sure what the problem was, but must put stress on the working staff, but they do a great job , when you finally get taken.
Working with the public is not easy, but the staff are great, doing their best.
