★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took them five months to do my tax return even though I had prepared it in detail.
I also had to write more than a dozen emails reminding them to do it as well as asking them to eventually reply to my questions and clarify their answers as well as provide me with the information needed. Due to their slow and unreliable approach I nearly missed a deadline with IRD.
For 230 dollars per hour I find their service rather poor!
NOT recommended.
