★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I keep away from places that are below 2 stars but today I needed a massage ASAP and thank goodness I came. The lady who served me was AMAZING! I had the neck, shoulders and head massage (recommended one) 30mins for $45. I will definitely come back!! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be up-sold and told your muscles are tight (need oil, need extra pressure). Massage was great, would’ve tipped, but clearly common practise here to talk to colleagues through the curtain the whole time and the masseuse was clearly coming down with a cold and was sniffling over me the whole time, I went straight home and jumped in the shower (still didn’t stop me getting a cold).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only giving a single star, as there was no ability to give zero, or in fact, negative stars. I know, I know, this review is already sounding like a copy and paste of those before - and if we had read the reviews before going, we would have avoided this place like the plague that it is.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Service paid for upfront - at the end of the service they offer to segue into another, different service, for an extra "X" amount of dollars, and verbal agreement was given. At the end, they tried to extort "Y" amount of dollars - four and a third times more than the agreed price.
This is the sort of scam you used to here of anecdotally, allegedly happening in dodgy back streets in Bangkok. And it's happening right here in Auckland, New Zealand!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please please please please do yourself a favour,don't spend your hard earned money here. Extremely rude staff with 0 star service. My bad,paid $80 for foot spa and reflexology,all she was doing was pressing my toe nails like a child lol and just talking and talking with each other in their own language. If their would be a minus star,i would have given that. Such a shame for manukau mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing massage. I’m From Wellington but was in Auckland for the weekend. My right shoulder neck & back was tight & I didn’t know why it was annoying me really bad. So my partner searched up this place & we went, I’m a big guy so I wanted a hard massage & man best hard deep massage I’ve ever had ? when I come back I’ll make sure I stop here every time I come cause it’s definitely worth it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so excited to try their oriental massage with my husband. Went there to have the neck, shoulder and back massage and paid upfront. We were served asap BUT but after 3 minutes, they were asking for extra 10$ charge because "our muscles are tight and needs more pressure" ---so we just said yes.
While having the massage, the ladies kept on speaking their native language which I see as very unprofessional, like we were there to relax and be quiet, and not to listen to some language we don't understand. You can also hear people who were outside chatting, or walking. Come on!
Anyways, the massage was "okayish", very hard I suppose but that was I actually wanted so it's okay.
Before we left, I said to the lady that it might be a good idea to have some relaxing music played inside which she just ignored or I'm not sure if she really understands. ?♀️?♀️
Not recommended at all.

I really needed my neck, back and shoulders massaged and although the massage was a 6/10 halfway through my 50 min session two STAFF members got into an extremely loud and heated argument right outside the curtain booths and then after 10 minutes and me asking my masseuse to please ask them to stop it’s unprofessional and so loud they moved to the front of the salon/entrance way and carried on for another 10 minutes. Unbeknown to me my sis year old son and 16 year old niece had made their way back to the salon to wait for me and experienced the second part of it. They didn’t stop yelling at each other in their language even around a child. I was the last client of the day and when I had finished my massage, I tried to talk to my masseuse about it but she couldn’t really understand. So I took the business card to call the manager as I do not live close to have come back the today to complain. I called the salon asked for the manager and after trying to explain what had happened, then her talking in her language to another staff member (which I could hear) she got back on the phone to me and said sorry sorry and hung up. I then called back asked for manager again, I was told boss was not there. I then said she had just spoken to me seconds ago and explained what had happened and that my massage was ruined by the unprofessionalism and what can we do about that. The lady then said to me “sorry my English no good ok bye” and hung up. I tried calling back and no answer. So I will be going back into the salon tomorrow when I am over that way.
This is unacceptable service and now looking at the other reviews it looks like it’s their standard way of treating customers. Rude, unprofessional and using the language barrier to get away with it.
