★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst agency ever, so unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for work. Signed documents did a drug test and interview. I was told that I would receive confirmation for an induction and received nothing!! Wasted 2-3 hours for jack. Grown adults yet they lack PROFESSIONALISM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Registered for traffic controller work. TC course got cancelled every week for 4 weeks. Construction safe was conducted for $100 and they gave me job without providing PPE and then cancelled it because I didn’t have PPE. I didn’t get any work in 6 weeks instead they are asking me to pay $100 for construct safe ticket after wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst recruitment agency in NZ. Very unprofessional, no customer service skills, no time management skills. Had to wait for so long and the interview was for 5min. Then asked for a drug test - The lady who did my drug test was NOT even qualified to do the Drug test (DODGY)
They don’t provide PPE free - so we have to pay for our own PPE (Is this their Health & Safety?????)
When I asked her that what would be the next process? She said she will let me know and never came back.
What’s the point of interview, drug testing and inductions when there is no work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional I rang how many times to ask about a job I saw online that I liked and I got different responses from them which made everything so confusing. Another thing is the fact they gave me PPE gear when I wasn’t sure what job I was doing. That lady Connie seemed so rude when I spoke with her over the phone at the end she rushed it and ended the call fast which was very disrespectful and I didn’t like her customer service this was what pushed me even more to not find work with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an Agency to represent me but after these reviews and this character "Connie" whom my partner spoke to and seemed extremely arrogant and unprofessional, with an argumentative attitude and no people skills" (I know because we had her on the loud speaker) i have decided to move on to another agency. This is the Auckland branch by the way, with no call backs on Drug tests etc, no proper communication between employer and client. This business needs a serious overhaul and in depth look into its internal structures moving forward. I hope their CEO is reading this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Do not go to this agency, I had to wait for them to text me my role and nobody text me anything. Felt like a waste of time after buying all my clothes for the job. They will stand you up and nobody talks to you during your "interview". It's not even a proper interview, they just put you on a computer to do everything yourself. Staff are so rude. Nobody asked if I needed help or if everythings alright. First job interview and it sucked. I called because I needed to know my role asap ( Friday I called) after waiting a whole day, a lady answered and was so rude to me and told me I had to wait till monday and hung up on me but my event was for saturday. DONT GO HERE. Especially if its your first JOB SEARCHIN.
