★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first review of anything ever, but I feel compelled to thank the team and especially Peter for being extremely accomodating. Absolutely stoked with my new car. Everything was super straight forward and transparent.
I had made a request to get some mag wheels swapped out on this particular car, Peter obliged and said "no problem I'll sort it, pick up Monday" - it was a fairly tricky request, but with minimal fuss sure enough he was true to his word - my new car was there waiting for me, registration, sparkling clean, ready to drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a VW Polo from them in April. In the second week itself, the noise began to start. Referred me to a mechanic which in turn referred to a transmission specialist. They said it's not a fault, just a part being a bit noisy (has these words documented in email). But I hanged onto it as it was clearly a fault. Then they asked me to get a report from VW service center. Got it. It was a clutch issue which require a replacement worth $3000+. At last, they have asked me to come to their headquarters workshop to verify the issue and take some action. After 2 months, they refunded me. 2Cheapcars should trust their customers and make Post-Sale process simpler.

Dion came out to help and found the panel beaters hadn’t fixed the lead back on to indicator.
Dion was so lovely and understanding and friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yea nah, not impressed. Made the purchase and picked up a dirty car the day after, it had not been cleaned (they had a whole day to at least hose all the dirt off!). Then my driver had to stop me in traffic to tell me the petrol light was on and we had to get to a gas station. They could make sure there is sufficient gas in the car especially when you spend over $8000.00 with them.

I have spent weeks, probably months trying to replace my stereo after it broke after another job - often being quoted ridiculous money for a replacement and installation. I phoned 2 Cheap Cars on a whim for advice, and Leo sympathised and said that he could arrange for it to be fixed with Chen their mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally rubbish,I bought Toyota aqua yesterday but this is accidental car and under the staring lots of mark and one big crack.they panted the car and when we start car its engine noise very different by other aqua cars
I wanna give them -5 start,and tell everyone to go there coz they are giving rubbish stuff
