★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication with the person I dealt with. In this situation I ordered accessories 3 weeks ago and was told it would arrive in a week. I rang 1 week later and was told they arrived. I went to pick up the items and the staff did not know anything about my order despite looking at my order number and said none of the items had arrived. I picked out a phone case only to discover it looked like it had been used, the case was dirty and bent. I did not go back again because I did not want to deal with the person again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes cheaper plans, but the sacrifice is service - barely spoke to me, didn't engage, took a phone call while serving me (at least say "do you mind if I grab this"), was dismissive with my questions - overall very poor in store experience.
I had money in my pocket to upgrade my phone, but will take the part of my business elsewhere.
