★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought bought a Samsung phone from the kapiti store and received a Harman speaker as well. In order to setup the speaker I went to the shop and one of the staff told me , they can't help to set up the speaker and I need to find my own way to fix it .The worst customer experience in my life. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go anywhere near these guys if your looking for an ISP. They litterally turn off their phone queues on "busy" days so that people cannot call their support line. But worst of all, YOU CANNOT PORT FORWARD. Port forwarding is blocked by something called CGNAT and they will charge extra to remove this restriction.
I recommend Voyager. They are not cagey like Vodafone are. They have no hidden surprise restrictions on connections like 2degrees do.
You've had this heads-up. I wouldn't want a 2degrees "Internet connection" if it was free. Stay away.
