★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the atmosphere being next to the park. The food was great jerk pork highly recommended! It was a bit hard to find the restaurant at first . (It’s up the stairs in the stadium building . Satires have to be accessed from the front of the building near sports ground )

The curry goat and salted fish fritters are must-trys, and also delicious are the plantains and of
course jerk chicken/pork. Vegetarian and vegan options available as well as a full drinks menu.
Wanna come back for the reuben sandwich, which sounds wonderful! Do come give it a try, and don’t fear the scotch bonnet chili sauce ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and service was excellent. The meals ranged from $18-$28 and were both tasty and nicely presented.
We had the prawns in a coconut coating with a Jamaican dressing s a starter, followed by an excellent goat curry and a flavourful Boston Bay Jerk Pork. The Reggae Reggae Chicken Jerk wrap was tasty and filling.
It's hard to give a sports centre ambiance. The TV screens were used to display Jamaican scenes, providing a little atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Really lovely staff and a super unique find in Wellington, we loved trying some new flavours that are uncommon here! Was a bit hard to see the actual spot, so if you get to the park, persevere, just head up the stairs of the building and along to the far door :)) Smallish portion sizes for the price, but worth it in our opinion! Also definitely try the hot sauces?

It was a bit odd because I had nothing to compare it to as this is my first time eating vegetarian Jamaican food but the curry and sides were very light to eat , was very tasty and felt quite healthy to eat . This curry isn’t hot it reminded me of something but I’m not sure what it was .Was nice to try something different and support local, will definitely be back to try the other vege options
