★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine got event invites printed for me at this store and I am very unhappy with how they have turned out.
The first big thing, is that she requested that they be matte finish. They are not at all a matte finish, but instead are shiny.
I have been going through them and keep noticing more and more upsetting things - photos attached below. There are several invites that have black marks on them from the ink smudging. There are also quite a few invites where the cartoon dog at the bottom has had his paws and half of his face cut off. A lot of the invites also have a visible white line on the sides of them that should not be there.
Pretty disappointing. The company has not responded to my emails about their mistakes.
