โ โ โ โ โ Excellent and very professional builders for new homes. 3C Homes did my project from foundation to roof without any issues. My home was finished and keys handed to me well before the time stated on the contract.
Hassel free project management was realy great to experience from 3C Homes. My technical issues with Auckland Council was solved in a very timely manner and with professional standards. The workmanship of my house in every aspects of the development was far beyond my expectations. In between, the changes i had made was also given high priority and the variations were done within the time frames without causing any disruptions to my plans. The very great news for me and my family was, upon listing my property, it was sold within 3 weeks due to excellence in all their finishing work on the property which they produced as an end product. I have already engaged them on 3 level apartments and some new individual homes being built as my next projects with 3C Homes.
I would surely use them again and highly recommended the company for your personal homes or investment developments.

You guys always had everything completed in a timely manner and always reassured us that they would correct any issue or concern we had and made it a better experience. We think it is natural to have some anxiety as a customer to go thru the building process and you guys always kept us informed and explained the process well.
We love our home and We are happy with our experience with 3C Homes.

โ โ โ โ โ From start to finish 3C Homes provided a home building experience with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. They took our house plan and worked with us to build according to the plan and helped us with any changes. This was done in a very prompt manner. We were engaged throughout the building process by regular communication with the project manager Pranav. He always wanted us to be happy with the finished product and he worked diligently to make that happen. The smallest of details were never overlooked. We appreciated the tradesmen 3C Homes employs. The quality of their work and attention to detail are outstanding. Being on the job site with them, it was obvious they take pride in their work. 3C Homes completed our beautiful home on time and within budget. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend 3C Homes.

Dealing with Directors who has had started from the floor and still working at sites and in the office makes a huge difference. Staff quality has been the best. Finishing touches are remarkable of very high standards. I highly recommend 3C Homes for your future home projects, units and for all subdivision solutions.
