A Grade Building and Repiling were incorporated in 1996.
Rob van Driel, is the manager and part owner with Anita van Driel
Robert and Anita employ a small and trusted crew of guys numbering 3. All strong, hard working and polite men who work hard and take pride in their work.
A Grade Building and Repiling are the only repilers in New Zealand that trench under houses that are otherwise impossible to repile due to proximity to ground or have tenants and/or clients inhabiting house. All repilers offer the “cutting holes through floor technique”, but we are the only ones that offer this other way.
We thrive on the hard ones no one else will touch, but mainly any structure that requires the hand of Wellingtons only NZ Certified Builder Association Member, who offers a stock standard 10 year warranty on all work.

I have a situation where I am not able to chase emails but fine it easier to converse first before the job is given and then follow up by emails. I was told in terms as it's either his way or no way. I wouldn't for once recommend an individual with such an attitude. He could be the best person to do the job but CERTAINLY THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. On a lighter note what if his doctor asked him to email instead of visit. "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Grade Building & Repiling recently repiled my entire home. They did a fantastic job from start to finish! I highly recommend Rob, Ray and the team at A Grade Building and Repiling.
Starting with the quote process, where Rob came around to do a "scala" test to measure the depth they would need to go to, and then provided a quote and estimated start date, Rob provided excellent communication and information throughout this process. Then Ray and the team started the work in line with the estimated start date, and they were on-site for 4 weeks and did a great job on the levelling and repiling. So great to deal with a company who quoted well, completed the work really well, and were great to deal with throughout. Thanks again to Rob, Ray and the team, I am very happy with my now structurally sound house.

They fitted me in last minute just so we could get the confirmation we needed to buy this particular house! Replied to my emails super quickly, and despite the downpour was just so happy and friendly when they arrived! In a time where we were getting messed around by people left, right and center Rob has been a an absolute legend! Couldn't recommend him enough!
