β β β β β Unfortunately I would not recommend A&S Removals to anyone. The extensive damage done to most of our furniture by A&S removals was the worse I have ever experienced in my years of moving around the world. It was simply heart breaking watching pieces of furniture being removed from the truck damaged in some form. Brand new mattresses were torn and marked with grease, white wear dented, scratched and gouged, lounge suites marked and dirty requiring professional cleaning afterwards, lawnmowers tipped upside down with all the oil leaked out, wooden and other forms of furniture scratched and dented, the list goes on. On numerous occasions we requested if A&S Removers had sufficient cartage capacity to move all of our belongings, each time they assured us they did, even when I again questioned them as they left my house to move to the new property nearly eight hours away. However after Unpacking (which required us supplying further help from friends) and upon them departing we were informed that there was still some of our belongings back at Foxton for us to collect!!!!!! This meant two trailer load trips by us back to Foxton to collect the rest of our belongings, belongings that we had paid to be delivered by A&S Removals!!!!! Our job was way to big for this company, their standard of packing absolutely reckless, and overall professionalism nil void. Please if you value your belongings, I would use another company.

β β β β β Great company to work with. The packers were excellent. Efficient and thorough. Really helpful with good ideas. I had a lot of stuff.
The moving guys with David at the helm were superb. Professional and organized. Excellent customer services, I was a trifle anxious about damage to my old furniture. They did an amazing job from the first phone call to speedy pickup of our empty boxes. Only one breakage and that was a box I packed.
Great mahi on a job well done.
