We chose to use them having seen online a beautiful, unique design they offer, but being remotely located were unable to physically see their work and relied on them answering all our questions so we knew with confidence that what we were ordering was what we really wanted. At the hardest of times they sensitively and patiently answered every question and had no problem with preparing for freighting to our location. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible experience when grieving for my wife who passed away from cancer at age 47 years, paid 50% deposit for a headstone 6 months ago, have experienced the worst customer service and still no head stone. I have had no choice but to lodge a claim in the Disputes Tribunal as ATS refuse to refund my deposit.
