★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutly amazing!! Hubby and i went in to get my name on my Licence changed and also ended up joining the AA. We were served by Liz, she was sooo lovely! Excellent customer service , so good to see. Wonderful experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who served me here is as dumb as a brick tbh, I wouldn't go here, I've had fines ect.. and she brought the topic up and even rang the cops whilst I was renewing my learners, I've sorted my fines out and orrananged weekly payments with the minerstry of Justice way before hand but this lady thought she was robo cop kareen for a minute probably rubs her self off afterwards explains why she closed up the waiting line early...because she was tired awww if your tired of your job get a new or go to a retirement home, absolutely trash they waist peoples time and there about as usless as a paraplegic horse, they'd probably be just as useless even on cokaine idk just an idea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything we come here, they tell us we have filled in wrong forms (which were given by staff the time previous visit) this has happened three times. Staff member on this visit seemed like she couldn't be bothered to do any work except talk back to me. No manager in store to check that we have finally have the correct paperwork. Seems lack of training and staff willing to work.
