Raj was my 1st point of contact, very good customer service. Another gentleman with a name starting with K, apologies was supa helpful with my requests of renewing my license, doing my eyetest, taking my photo, sorting my renewal AA card and even upselling me an AA first aid kit for my car, showing me the few extras to help and support in times of an emergency sold me. Very very good customer service from these 2 lvly gentlemen. Thank u for yr services.. Well done team AA Lower Hutt. Blessings. Vicki

โ โ โ โ โ Two licenses renewed this month, both of us asked if we would consider joining the AA.
No way would we consider it, for mine, queued out on the street in a freezing southerly at the age of 84 is no fun followed by a half hour standing in a queue inside waiting for 1 attendant. My wife's circumstances today, no better, still an hour and a half on another miserable day . Other people have things to do too, so if that's samples of AA service.... NO WAY would I become A member

โ โ โ โ โ I tried to get my license renewed and I arrive 20 minutes before closing as I have work and can't get off earlier. I was told it's too late as we close soon and to come back when they are open. So how do get it done?????? Terrible service. I would go somewhere else but no place does it in lower Hutt. Why not have more staff on and stay open later. 5pm isn't even that late, plus you are not even open on a Saturday even for a few hours

โ โ โ โ โ I am totally disappointed with one of the staff members, that she did not attach the passport copy for the identification verification process. Therefore, I had to go to wellington internal affairs office directly afterwards to send my passport directly to them by post. Not only that but also one of my friendโs ird process were ruined by the same staff and she did not complete the entire process he had to wait for long period for ird and submitted all the documents for the second time. I donโt know whether its a right platform to mention her name. But I would like to suggest to provide more training for such staff members to avoid inconvenience for the customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointed with the service that my daughter and I received today at the Lower Hutt branch. Trying to book theory licence test in for when she turns 16 only to be told, that we couldn't as she's not 16. Explained the AA website states, in my words (due to the volume of bookings it is best to book in advance). Want to book test on her birthday was told no come in the day after her birthday, or the week after and wasn't guaranteed to get a booking when we come in on the day. Told the representative, to check their website because it states book in advance, she reckons no we can't the system won't let her book it in.
Not happy.
