★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good pleasant helpful staff. Be prepared for long wait times as queues can be large. More counter staff could relieve congested periods. Parking can also be tight.

Had to get an international driver's license and the lady said casually she can take a photo of me for it. 1) nothing was mentioned that they would charge me for this one photo, and 2) when I had to pay for everything - she gave me 6 photos and charged me $20!!! I did not need nor want 6 of them - I had one at home. Why could they not inform the customer in advance about this? Very unprofessional. Will report to Consumer Protection to make sure such a practice will not continue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the staff are nice, but there is one (Anne), terrible customer service, I think she just don't like her job. We have heard many friends that have faced the same situation with her. She is not doing a favour, we have paid for the service and it is not cheap. Very disappointed. Someone should guide her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff overall appalling as a whole. I will definitely be going to hastings aa from now on, atleast the ladies there are lovely and know the ins and outs of their jobs. (They also know how to deal with youth)
The ladies in napier branch are also inconsiderate of people with anxiety. The ladies I dealt with caused me to have a full blown anxiety attack and didn't even take the human decency to make sure I was okay and kept pushing me into the anxiety attack. Only then to give me a glass of water and still make me and my brother distraught. Genuinely hope they lose their jobs.
