The lady that served me was so rude and had little customer service skills. She was not helpful and unprofessional .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rude unhelpful service by young clueless woman who were never taught to respect and help their customers. One of them actually lied to me about why she could not help me. Very disappointing. Ended up at Vinz getting help which was 100% better. I won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to wait! It's a busy place. Would help if the desk for form filling had a screen so people waiting didn't obstruct the desk. I saw an older lady took a chair with her too sit in the que... Did I mention the long wait.
