★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them about hiring a storage unit and first I was trying to explain my situation and a man names Lori or Larry told me to just wait so he can explain his costs first. Told them we were clients from WINZ and he started explaining how WINZ clients don’t pay him properly then joked about it and at the end wasn’t interested. I think your customer services sucks and given the way you respond to people your very rude.
