★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service but the quality reflects this :( ... I phoned this florist for 40th birthday flowers. She was rushed and never even had the time to ask what I wanted ... she was trying to cut the conversation short. Consequently I paid $72 for an ugly bunch of flowers for my sister who she got someone else to make. I tried phoning to discuss but no answer. Really upset !! Check reviews on Facebook under ab fab flowers and gifts before buying off these people. I wish I had !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day before my Grandaughters we had been let down with the bridal bouquet. I frantically ran around all the wanganui florists late on Friday afternoon expecting to find flowers for the next day. Sadly there was nothing. AB florists suggested I go to New World as they usually have a good supply. I did that then took them back to AB florist and they worked there magic. The next day (the wedding day) I went and picked up the completed bouquet. It was perfect, so beautiful. They did an amazing job. Very reasonably priced, the best customer service. Infact I would go as far as saying they saved the day. Thanks again AB florists for listening to my plite and going out of your way to accodate my needs. You are the BEST, Rhonda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered flowers for Mothers Day through Petals Network which advised Alison's Flowers was the flower company who would provide my flowers. Was able to select Mothers Day on the delivery date calendar but the next day I get an email advising they can't deliver on Sunday and will deliver Tuesday or Wednesday instead!! How pointless getting a Mother's Day gift several days later. Also extremely disappointed with the quality of the bouquet. They looked like cheap supermarket flowers with more foliage and leaves than cheap flowers!! Wouldn't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a nice potted flower for my 86 year old Mum to be delivered and she was sent a plant that was so dry she said the soil round it was rock hard and she had to carefully nurture it back to life. As it cost quite a bit I would have hoped for better.
