Note that this place goes by many names if you're looking for their website: ABC Car Removal, National Car Parts, carremoval, scrapmycar, carwreckersauckland and more - all you have to do is search their 0800 number and they come up.
Edit: to reflect change in situation regarding problems. As with any car removals company, make sure they stick to the Fair Trading Act and honour their quote and terms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them for a quote for my Toyota last week. They replied me with a phone call and offered 400$. The guy arrived and said "Oh, I can give only 300$". Easy as ABC. Dirty ways of doing business in competitive environment can ruin the business. You can save 100$ but a single bad feedback can cost you much more.
