β β β β β What has happened to quality control? My last packets of my fave parmesan bagels were not cut in the middle! Please either don't cut them or cut them in the middle! Such a waste to have the top section only 3mm thick! Please help!!!!!!!

β β β β β Two of the four bagels in the last pack I bought had not properly risen and were gummy and gross when we cut into them. They were smaller than the other two bagels so you would think quality control would have picked up on it. We toasted them thinking it was just how your bagels are but they were terrible, and definitely not cooked properly. I emailed the company about their so-called "satisfaction guarantee" as I thought for once i'm going to take them up on this as the bagels were terrible and they are not cheap. I got an email back saying that mould is due to the supermarket etc. But I never said anything about MOULD, it was that the product had not been cooked, there was no mould (I even sent them a picture)!!! They emailed back and said they would send me a voucher in 15 days... 15 days passed and nothing.. I emailed them to let them know. Got a nice apology email saying a voucher will be received in 15 days... it has been another month and nothing!!! Can a company have a "satisfaction guarantee" and just not honour it? Well, I think it is very strange behaviour for a company. I'm pretty annoyed as I never usually bother to contact companies and when I do they act like this.

β β β β β Won't eat any other bagel! Abe's has a delicious variety of bagels, my favourite is the Everything Bagel. Love their new crisps too, especially the salt & vinegar flavour.

β β β β β You are missing out if you haven't tried a bagel let alone ABE's Bagels before. Not sure what will fill you up for breakfast? ABE's Bagels, not that hungry - easy fix 1/2 a bagel will do. Thank you ABE's for such a diverse range of flavours. DELISH!

β β β β β I made a complaint about the Bagels being sliced unevenly, real pain in the βbacksideβ and to my delight they sent me a box of replacements, not only that I got to taste every flavour they have on offer!! ? I can happily say Iβm addicted to all of them! ? You have taken an unhappy customer and made them very happy!! Well done Abeβs Bagels!! ??????

β β β β β We loveee your Everything bagels! They really ARE everything! We haven't had an authentic bagel since living in Canada 15 years ago, and we found them in Australia via New Zealand. We'd love to see more vegan flavours! Always look forward to having your bagels for lunch.

Mixed it up with a bit of gherkin and smoked salmon to ad a twist to my usual breakys.
Itβs good to know Iβm cutting down on carbs while maintaining the same great taste
