★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very disappointed dealing with this company. The customer services is non-existent. There were issues with the staircase that we ordered. We chased Neil for years for him to come back. He came back to do some of the work and never finished filling the gaps or properly painting the affected areas. We had to gave up in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Able Stairs for approx 15yrs. They have been amazing in every way. Neil has a tremendous knowledge about stairs & we have never had any stairs that didn't fit to perfection. They have constructed all types of stairs for us, from open riser Kwila treads & stringers to standard stringers with treads & risers ready for carpet. They have all been exceptional quality, completed on time & we have never had any problems. I would very highly recommend Able Stairs to anyone that wanted quality stairs at a fair price.
