He was very good at understanding the outcomes and level of fitness I wanted to achieve and gave clear explanations of his treatment and required exercises. Only 5 sessions helped me recover from an injury that had been bothering me for months.

β β β β β Highly recommend Mike and the team at Above and Beyond Physiotherapy. I have been a patient of Mike's for several years and he is very professional and one of the most knowledgeable physios around. I'm very thankful for his help seeing me through the rehab of a serious long-term injury and has also helped my migraines. He also went above and beyond to help my elderly mother to improve mobility after a stroke and is a great provider for any general fitness, health and wellness treatments.

β β β β β As a professional in the sports industry, I went through many physios. They all did the same thing, treated the problem, and ignored the cause. Mike is completely different. I first saw him over 8 years ago when he was in Auckland, and had an endless list of long term pain and injuries. Within a very short time, he not only fixed the cause and problem of everything, but taught me how to deal with dozens of different injuries, if I have them again. 8 years later, I've barely had to see him, because he did such an incredible job that everything is functioning perfectly - I still do the exercises he taught me regularly!
The next time I have an injury I can't fix myself, I will be driving for 3 hours to see Mike, as there is no better physio around!
