β β β β β I started with the 3 free sessions and haven't looked back. This is the first gym I have ever been to/ joined. The staff are genuine, friendly and helpful. The rest of the clients are wonderful, welcoming and supportive, can always find laugh and motivation. A great support network and place to work out. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Love being able to come at anytime of the day and as the workout is quick it is easy to fit into your routine. Definitely see improvements with toning, weight loss, and fitness. Always feel great after a workout. Lovely bunch of ladies that make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.
