β β β β β Hi I have a Road service membership and the Ace towing driver Daniel was surprised to see that a E bike was the vehicle to be towed lol this is a first he said ? I was impressed with his thought process on how to place a bike on a trailer with bike standing and taking time and care with the strapping down of my bike also the trailer is huge it can hold another trailer and then he took myself and bike down a narrow road with two way traffic thank you ACE Towing Hamilton I will use your service again Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

β β β β β Hats off to Ace Towing Services Hamilton. The ladies in reception were very courteous, words cannot describe the professionalism they portrayed. Their driver, Graham, gave me no concerns to worry about with my baby, Landrover Freelander, which is impossible to break into. He gave it his best to but only confirmed how good the specify was on this. He was able to tow it backwards onto his truck & deliver even to my secure backyard with some expertise driving through narrow gates. I couldn't be more happier considering it was Christmas Eve, busy carpark & the professionalism that was shown here. Communication was key, & they all went that extra mile for me. Well done team & have already recommended them back to the AA & to friends & colleagues. Hope you all had a great Christmas with family & friends, the New Year we are all looking forward to for a fresh start. Be safe & don't change anything you do as you made my Christmas. β β β β β I was given a quote of $880.00 plus GST to transport two ATVs from Te Rapa to the Mystery Creek Agricultural Show, a distance of 22kms. which I believe to be extortionate. By comparison, it cost me $900.00 plus GST to transport the same vehicles from Christchurch to Hamilton and I have now found a reputable company who have quoted me $300.00 plus GST to transport the two vehicles to the Show. Future customers beware!

β β β β β Towed away my car even though it was parked at a legal parking spot. Later had a chat with property manager and body corp, admitted the car should've never been towed at the first place. Still didn't release the car without payment. Completely outrageous.

β β β β β Tired having a vehicle towed from my designated car park and because of my address they wouldn't come pick it but conviently came and removed my car after I couldn't park out side my house.
Noones willing to speak to me about this issue.

β β β β β Very unprofessional manner in person and, do not recommend at all, only interest they have is in police business and stealing property for police unlawful seizures. Unable to contact main office as calls are diverted to whomever they please. operators just doing their job but the company as a corporates are inadequate
